After running your ads for 7 full days turn off any ads that are costing more than the average cost per new messaging subscriber and let the remaining ads continue to run. After 7 more full days turn off any ads that are costing more than the average cost per new messaging subscriber. Try to narrow down to the 1 or 2 ads that are getting the most subscribers for the lowest cost per new messaging subscriber. (if there is no clear winner between the last 2 ads you can let both ads run.)
